湖北軍合勝化學有限公司坐落于漢光武帝劉秀的故里、航天員聶海勝的家鄉--湖北省襄陽市棗陽市。棗陽西臨歷史名城襄陽，距襄陽機場30分鐘車程，東西通福銀高速、南北通棗潛、麻竹高速，316國道穿境而過。交通四通八達，很便利。

　　公司成立于2018年11月，公司現有員工45余人，其中各類技術人員12人，高等技術人員5人，專家3人。可年生產各類膠乳100000噸，其中丁腈膠乳60000余噸，粉末丁腈橡膠4000噸及丁苯膠乳40000噸。膠乳和膠粉有多個品種，“翔瀚”牌產品暢銷全國各地，并遠銷歐美、非洲、東南亞等多個國家和地區，2021年公司在棗陽化工園區新征地80多畝，計劃投資2億元，成立ABS高膠粉項目，建成后年產能60000余噸，是國內較大的ABS生產基地。

　　公司建成后擁有多套全自動控制生產線，是目前國內先進的生產控制系統。生產過程中的溫度、壓力、進料速度、精度等全部通過精密儀表及計算機進行控制與監測，從工藝上確保了產品的穩定與優良。
